Expected Behaviour

The emoji in the window title will be displayed in the icon manager

Actual Behaviour

The icon manager crashes and no icons or window titles are shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the default config
2. Open this web page
3. Observe empty window list in icon manager.
   

Fvwm2 was not tested

Does Fvwm3 crash?

No

Extra Information

Restarting Fvwm fixes the issue until another window title has an emoji

All other parts of Fvwm work fine after the icon manager has crashed
