When your are reading an user feed the "What's on your mind" input at the bottom should be hidden, it's confusing and quite dangerous. In fact, the first time I thought it was for the DMs and so I sent a DM as a public note.
This input should be placed only below the user feed, or we you can have a button elsewhere (top bar) that opens a modal.
