Essentially moving tests that were skipped or ignored into folders such as
false-invalid(rejected, but shouldn't),unchecked-valid(reported as "unknown" but should pass) andunchecked-invalid("unknown" but should be rejected).The
genc/LZWaandgenc/LZWbare removed, and at leastLZWawill get a PR to be merged into bolts.Closes #1249 #926
