Also improve documentation. Fixes #96. * exwm-randr.el (exwm-randr--connection): Move mode declaration up. (exwm-randr-workspace-monitor-plist): Call exwm-randr-refresh if exwm-randr-mode is currently enabled and document the need to exwm-randr-mode whenever this variable is changed.
