UTD error message in a reply tile on a thread has redundant inline start margin #22376

Steps to reproduce
- Open a thread
- Have a reply tile where replied message is UTD (Unable to decrypt)
Outcome
What did you expect?
Unable to decrypt message inside a reply tile should not have inline start margin.
What happened instead?
Due to insufficient specificity of the margin setting, the setting is applied to the UTD message inside a reply tile as well.
