Search broken on Element desktop app with Ubuntu 22.04 #22325

Steps to reproduce
- Open an encrypted room
- Try searching messages
- Error saying
Use the Desktop app to search encrypted messagesis displayed.
In the Security & Privacy settings it says:
Outcome
What did you expect?
Display encrypted messages results.
What happened instead?
Display an error saying to use the desktop client instead.
This started happening since version 1.10.12
