Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   -I'm in a Video room and I've joined a call
2. What do you click?
   -I switch to another room in order to get the minimized Jitsi overlay
3. More steps…
   -I resize my browser

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected the overlay to remain visible.

What happened instead?

The overlay disappeared. Then when I resized my browser again for a few pixels, the overlay re-appeared
