Timestamp's position on the chat panel in IRC layout #22011

Steps to reproduce
- Change the layout to
IRC layout - Create a test room
- Add a widget
- Maximize the widget
- Send messages to the room
Outcome
What did you expect?
Timestamp's position should be fixed on the right side of the message
What happened instead?
The timestamp appears on the center of the message row. I guess this bug was introduced with the PR for thread spacing implementation.
