Steps to reproduce

1. In Element Web
2. Click "Add" next to Home, then "New Room"
3. Enter a name and click "Create Room"

Outcome

The "Threads" button in the top right is highlighted (indicating that there are unread messages in a thread?)

I would expect the Threads button not to be highlighted, because there are no threads.
