Steps to reproduce
- Disable developer mode if enabled
- Send a message
- Edit it
- Open the message edit history dialog
- Hover on the original message
- Check the message action bar
Outcome
What did you expect?
The empty message action bar should not be rendered.
What happened instead?
Its border is rendered.
