Placeholder for redacted messages on ThreadView not properly wrapped #24729

Steps to reproduce
- Set long display name
- Create a thread
- Make the width of thread panel slim
- Send a message to the thread
- Remove the message from the thread
Outcome
What did you expect?
The placeholder for the redacted message should be properly wrapped, and the same spacing styles as main timeline should be applied to ThreadView.
What happened instead?
It is not properly wrapped.
