Steps to reproduce

As an unprivileged member of a room with some pinned messages, if I hover over them in the pin pane, I am presented with the option to unpin each message:

But I don't have the power levels to unpin this message, and clicking on it does nothing. (and by nothing I mean generates an unhandled error case.)

To not see the unpin button.

What happened instead?

I saw the unpin button.
