Update pipelines #566
Description
- Check current pipeline implementation and update github actions dependencies
- Introduce dependabot to automatically update project dependencies
- Add a linter to the pipeline to automatically check the code style of new pull requests (and refactor the old code to remove its warnings)
- Failing tests are not reporting the errors to the pipeline result, the whole pipeline should fail, and not report a success
