Bug Description:

The AskAndContinue agent generates repetitive outputs when continuing a story for example.
Although the agent prompts for input on how to proceed, the agent repeats similar lines or paragraph structures rather than genuinely advancing the story or conversation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Prompt the agent with a request to tell a story and ask questions after each paragraph on how to continue the story.
2. Observe repetitive/looping responses and low-quality content generation.
