Feature Description:

Improve the newly added MCP config view added by #15280 by allowing users to add new MCP servers via the view. Take a look at https://github.com/anaisbetts/mcp-installer maybe.
Additionally, the feature should allow editing of existing MCP servers.
While addressing these improvements, it is also desirable to investigate the usage of CSS variables for the badges since they appear to be off in the Light theme. This investigation might reveal a more generic issue with the theme or possibly incorrect naming of the CSS variables.
