Bug Description:

The Monaco editor breadcrumbs no longer show up when opening the first file. Only after opening a second file do the breadcrumbs appear on all open files. However, closing all files and then opening a new one resets the issue, and the breadcrumbs disappear again.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open a Monaco editor.
• Observe that the breadcrumbs do not show up for the first file.
• Open a second file - notice that breadcrumbs appear for both files.
• Close all files.
• Open a new file and observe that the breadcrumbs are missing again.
