Code output from o3-mini language model is not formatted #14846
Description
Bug Description:
Like the title says if you use an agent that uses o3-mini you do not get nice code formatting in the answers from the model.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Set the language model of an chat agent to
openai/o3-mini - Ask the agent to display code
- See that it is not nicely formatted

- Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04
- Theia Version: Theia IDE 1.58.100
