Description of the issue

The dock does not unhide while a window is maximized when trying to show it with the cursor on the bottom edge of the screen.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set dock to hide when overlaping.
2. Maximize any window
3. Go to bottom of the screen with your mouse cursor

Expected behavior

If a window is maximized and I touch the bottom edge of the screen with my mouse cursor the dock should show itself. Instead it stays hidden.
