The issue is that when the user selects a Status that is used for many different tasks, the system just leaves all those tasks without status.

Expect:

1. If at least one task has 'Status' that is going to be deleted, should ask for confirmation

in a popup 'You are about to Delete the Status 'xxxx' that is used by active tasks, please confirm action'

2. The main idea is to make all tasks without status with status and the defined type 'TODO'
