Bug fix

  • What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

Currently the NIST API is quite unstable and so the update process is quite often incomplete or stops with error states
The CVE database update stops on errors but it should retry the update
See #908

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.
