Wobbly track in Thumper in DX11 mode, track missing completely with DX9 mode #4861

Description

@nokia8801

Track is wobbly, jumping up and down when playing in DX11 mode (default mode). It's also completely missing when playing in DX9 mode (legacy mode).

Issue is not present in PlayStation or Windows. Only with Linux.

I've got all the achievements in both platforms and very high ranking in leaderboards. I know for a fact this is an actual bug.

Additional Information

One of my favorite games, otherwise works fine. But this is a major bug imo. Since this is a fast paced rhythm game and the track being wobbly actually affects my performance.

Here is a YouTube video showing it steady and stable. Just watch the first 10 seconds or so to get an idea.
