Untidy lister page layout and missing favicons #3315

Description

Describe the bug
Since the introduction of favicons, only a few watches have populated a favicon.
No watches using 'Basic fast Plaintext/HTTP Client' display a favicon.
Only a few watches using 'Chromium' (sockpuppetbrowser) display a favicon.

In the lister page, it appears that if a favicon is found, the watch displays correctly, but becomes 'messy' if not.
The 'shared', 'chrome', and 'browser steps' icons all left justify to the line below the watch title.

The watch titles should be aligned down the list - not influenced by whether a favicon exists.

Version
0.50.6

How did you install?
Docker

Expected behavior
All watches where the URL has a favicon, should display it. At present only a few of my watches display the favicon.

If there is no favicon for the URL, then a default favicon needs to be displayed in order to allign the watch title throughout the list. (As watches with a favicon display correctly, this may solve other issues with icon alignment within the grid).
