Since this project is evolving and new people want to join the team I was thinking about introducing github teams for managing permissions and responsibilities. I'm not into hierarchical structures, but for security reasons (this little project is already used by a significant amount of people) I think we should introduce some permissions and trust system to ensure integrity.
So this pull request is open for discussion and everyone is allowed and asked for his/her opinion.
