Description
If noExitOnCtrlC: true is set, pressing Ctrl+C in the filter / command input still closes the k9s.

To Reproduce
0. Set noExitOnCtrlC: true

1. Open k9s
2. Press / or : to focus the input
3. Press CTRL+C
4. The application closes

Expected behavior
k9s does not exit.
