  2. Updates on skip line and adding args fields (#8) 

    * skip processing lines with missing 'ph' key in parser

* refactor: change Args type from map[string]interface{} to map[string]string in TraceEvent

* update MapToStruct to handle remaining keys in data and assign to Args field
