I've recently noticed something is wrong with my bonds - "Waiting for confirmations ..." message would show up in UI for more than 1 day and restarts didn't help:

I've looked into my bond breakdown menu and it looks like over time I've accumulated enough penalties to invalidate "Target Tier 1" I've configured as a level to maintain:

at least that's what I think is going on, the problem is there is no indication in UI that this is indeed the problem (and there is no call-to-action for the user).

So, instead of "Waiting for confirmations ..." message (and the parts about "pending bonds need to be confirmed" as well) I would expect a message like "Your bonding tier is at 0 due to accumulated penalties, you can compensate for penalties by posting additional bond (under bond settings)" to show up.

Setting Penalties Comps to 1 resolved the issue for me even without app restart.

Note: I'm not sure whether this issue appears at the moment of my reputation score dropping below a certain level or at the moment of my Bison wallet successfully posting a new bond and suddenly realizing it's not enough (and showing that message in UI on my screenshot above). Or maybe both.
