Preview pane scrolling in the Safari browser #7085

Describe the bug
After resizing the windows in the editor, the scrolling in the preview pane is not working for Safari browser.
To Reproduce
- Open a doc in Decap
- Toggle Preview
- Scroll Preview pane
- Resize editor by vertical
- Try to scroll Preview pane again
