Adjust `nic_noip_update` to use `wantipv4` and `wantipv6` and support simultaneous IPv4 and IPv6 updates. Note: Unlike `nic_dyndns2_update`, `$returnedips` actually contains valid IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, so we can use the response to update the status.
