Currently rofi opens at the output which has the mouse in it. It'll be great having an option to open at an output which has a focused window.

Reproduce:

1. In i3 for example, disable mouse warping: mouse_warping none and reload config
2. Move mouse to output A
3. Focus a window in output B without moving mouse
4. Open rofi.
   rofi opens in output A.
