Dagu as cron replacement in ARM32/64 Raspberry Pi #1061

@arky

Description

@arky

We are looking for a cron alternative for single board computers such as Raspberry Pi. @quitmeyer informs me that cron has minimum 1 min schedule limit.

Dagu generates a lot of status, history and debug messages. This is quite useful however might have performance hit when running on low power devices with high disk IO

@yottahmd suggests a feature to minimize power consumption such as --low-power-mode, --ephemeral or --no-disk flags.

I like --low-power-mode flag name which is easy to type. I can never spell ephemeral correctly and --no-disk is not technically correct description.
