Repro Steps:

• Navigate to a test file you may want to delete.
• Bring up the delete dialog box by pressing d
• Press ? (shift-/) to bring up the help menu
• Press ? again to dismiss the help menu

Notice how the delete menu options are no longer selectable and the focus gets moved back to the files underneath. I end up having to hit ctrl-c to cancel the whole terminal process.
