With the continuous development of the ART, the test files and benchmarks have deteriorated quite a bit. This PR introduces the following changes.

  • Benchmark for Lookup performance/ ROLLBACK during constraint checking
  • Tests for in-memory size
  • Structuring the ART test files into subdirectories
  • Adding PRAGMA enable_verification to tests

NOTE: This PR includes review feedback from #7930 and should be merged first.
