e5a4f9e should work toward reducing CI load (at the cost of some latency). It performs regression tests one after the other, on the same job, instead of having multiple jobs having to rebuild the master branch.
The other commits, that are independent, should be work towards avoiding failures in CI while run on forks (either tags are missing or upload of data is not possible).
