dtcenter/MET#3185 added new config variables to rmw_analysis

Describe the Enhancement

Add METplus config variables for setting the new variables from the MET PR.

These are all found in other wrappers (except maybe category), so refer to the other TC wrappers to add these to RMWAnalysis wrapper.
