Describe Expected Changes

dtcenter/MET#3099 updates PB2NC to define unit and description strings for observation variables that it derives. Those previously empty strings will now be populated. This causes differences in the output of any call to PB2NC that creates a derived variable output. It could also cause a difference in the OBS_UNIT column of STAT output files created by MET. Values of OBS_UNIT that were previously NA could contain a sensible string now.

    be updated.
