Description
The FCST_PCP_COMBINE_CONSTANT_INIT
is useful for use cases that need to provide multiple files to PCPCombine that contain the same initialization time. There are a few use cases that utilize this setting, but it is not immediately apparent that this setting exists.
Describe the Task
Add information about this setting to the METplus User's Guide. The team should discuss where important settings that are specific to a given wrapper should be included. Perhaps at the top of the section for the wrapper in the Python Wrappers chapter?
