Expected Differences

Note that is PR is related to MET #3033 for which the header table was updated with MTD column information. This was an email request from @randytpierce that I was able to include in the main_v12.0 branch prior to the MET-12.0.0 release. This PR is to add the MTD header columns to the develop branch for inclusion in the next release, MET-12.1.0.
