Description
Describe the Task
A sizeable number of users indicated that the WRF installation tutorial is the best example of easy to read, step by step guides to installing a new system that would otherwise be complex. Additionally, WRF is the #1 system referenced as most like MET when it comes to installation process and complexity. As a result, we should step through the guide (https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/compilation_tutorial.php) and see what we can emulate in our guide.
