Describe the Enhancement

#2402 reduced the SonarQube Blocker Bugs identified in MET version 11.0.0 from 22 down to 10. This issue is to further reduce the blocker and critical bugs down to 0 for the next release of MET.

Also note that issue #2379 will automate the running of SonarQube for each pull request submitted.
