This came up from GitHub Discussion dtcenter/METplus#1438

Reading NPM data results in the following error message:

ERROR : MetGrib2DataFile::data_plane() -> PDS template number (6) is not supported. Please email met_help@ucar.edu.

(Note: #2054 was created to address the email address in the error message)
