Describe the Enhancement

There are more than 2 places to read MET's point data. It would be nice to have the APIs to get the next available point obs. data.
At least three APIs:

• open MET"s point obs data
• get the next obs data
• close MET"s point obs data

API will read the part of point obs data (pre-defined buffer size) as the current implementation does this way.
