Every now and then the controller input seems to just drop, it is fine for a while during calm moments. But the second I have to do any major amount of button pressing or joycon maneuvering the controls drop. I have to wait a few seconds not holding any buttons for it to come back. I am wondering if it is this specific program, as so far all Dinput to Xinput programs I've used have done this.
