I'd like to change the page to refresh more often - around 1m. As such, instead of being <1m since the last refresh 1/5 of the time, I'm almost always going to be in that state. I'd rather not have the seconds ticker constantly running as a changing distraction on the page.

Add a config option changing "Last checked Xs ago" for refresh times <1m to "Last checked less than a minute ago"
