What happened?

Description

When trying to save an order notification recipient, the env var is replaced with it's actual value instead of saving the variable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit order notification
2. Add env var for the recipient
3. Save
4. View value and see it's the value of the var and not the var itself

Expected behavior

Expecting to see the env var.
