`cs-central` and `cs-central-v1` for the new indices pushed to Maven Central `cs-github` and `cs-github-legacy` for the main (default) index on GitHub `cs-github-legacy` points to it too, as we should pick the per-OS and architecture files under https://github.com/coursier/jvm-index/tree/master/indices at some point
