I would like to use Matomo Analytics instead of Google Analytics.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having the possibility to configure script information, at least as we can for Google Analytics (in the config.yml file).
Maybe there could be other ways to do it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current alernative is to copy past all the _includes files and update head.html file.
The main issue here is that it will require to check regularly your master branch to update files manually.
