i've just tested this on CoreOS alpha 949.0.0. i'm unable to reproduce this issue. here's what i've run:

i'll see what happens on beta.

@guilhem if you have any tips for reproducing this, it would be very helpful. don't really know much about cephfs so i'm not sure my testing will be an appropriate way to reproduce what you do with ceph.
