Windows fatal exception on latest GitHub images #365

Please could you assist: I am getting a Windows fatal exception when trying to run numpy.linalg.dot() on the latest GitHub windows images: https://github.com/dugalh/test_windows_numpy/actions/runs/17374020263. Perhaps the whole of the linalg module is problematic (?).
The same test runs OK with the PyPI package: https://github.com/dugalh/test_windows_numpy/actions/runs/17373989964.
