When running the installer build and test scripts locally or on a CI pipeline that does not have access to Docker it was unknown what the accepted set of steps to accomplish this. After getting a response to this question in #743 I could not find these steps listed on the README.md in the Building a Miniforge Installer section. It would be beneficial to users going forward if these instructions were documented.
