We currently have failing canary builds, and we are seeing two different types of errors:

• ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tlz'
• ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'conda'

To address this, we first need to recreate these errors outside of CI and then implement a fix based on our findings. A fair amount of research has already been accomplished in this issue #4561.

One thing to keep in mind is that there are several different places where a fix could potentially be implemented:

• conda itself
• conda-build
• conda-feedstock
